Gentle energy work, held with presence, wherever you are.
Reiki is an energy healing practice, gentle, hands-light or hands-off, working with the body's own capacity to settle, release, and restore. What drew me to it is its unseen healing power, the way it works through the layers of you, the deep, relaxing state it offers. It helped transform my own grief, and I still feel the wonder of that every time I hold space for someone else.
I'm a Reiki Level I & II practitioner, trained in the Usui lineage. Sessions are unhurried and fully present, no rushing, no forcing anything to happen.
What happens during a reiki session?
You'll lie down, fully clothed, while I work with your energy field, sometimes with light touch, sometimes without touching at all. Most people feel warmth, a sense of calm, or a kind of settling they can't quite name. Some fall asleep. There's no wrong way to receive it.
What can reiki help with?
People come to reiki for all kinds of reasons, physical tension, emotional weight, stress, grief, or simply wanting to feel more like themselves. It can support the body, the mind, and the unseen parts of us that are harder to name.
Is virtual or distance reiki actually effective?
Yes. Energy work isn't bound by physical distance the way touch is. In a virtual session, you'll get settled in a quiet space at home while I hold the session remotely. Many people find it just as restorative as in person.
Will you share anything you pick up during the session?
Sometimes. I have an intuitive side, and messages sometimes come through during a session. If something feels like it's meant for you, I'll share it, but there's never any pressure, and it's never required for the session to be complete.
Is reiki only for humans?
No. Animals receive energy work well, often more readily than people do. Sessions can happen in person or from a distance, depending on the animal and the situation.
Who is this for?
Anyone. Whatever brought you here is reason enough.
